Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines covering testing, validation, infrastructure provisioning, and deployment.
  • Implement GitOps workflows, including branching, environment promotion, approval gates, and rollback patterns.
  • Monitor and improve delivery-pipeline health, reliability, deployment safety, and developer experience.
  • Manage Terraform infrastructure-as-code, including modules, remote state, environment separation, and secrets handling.
  • Operate Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm infrastructure, including stateful ClickHouse and Redis workloads.
  • Develop portable delivery and infrastructure patterns for Azure, other cloud providers, and on-premises environments.
  • Partner with Lead Engineering and SRE teams on infrastructure decisions, operational runbooks, and recovery procedures.
  • Document deployment processes, environment configuration, and onboarding guidance.

Requirements

  • Experience owning CI/CD pipelines from commit through production.
  • Experience with Terraform, including module design, state management, secrets handling, and environment separation.
  • Experience with GitOps practices such as pull-request-driven deployments, environment promotion, and version-controlled configuration.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm, including stateful workloads.
  • Experience managing secrets with tools such as HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault, or equivalent.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and designing patterns portable across providers or on-premises environments.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with engineering and SRE teams about pipeline design, deployment state, and operational risk.
  • Preferred experience with Azure compute, networking, storage, and identity and access management.
  • Preferred experience with on-premises Kubernetes, hybrid cloud, AWS, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, ClickHouse, or Cribl from a deployment or operational perspective.
  • Experience instrumenting CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure with observability tooling.
  • Experience in regulated, financial services, or large enterprise technology environments.
