Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Power Automate and Power Apps architectures for complex workflows across multiple functions and geographies.
- Create solution blueprints covering process mapping, data flows, environment strategy, and integration patterns.
- Define standards for connectors, triggers, data protection, application lifecycle management, deployment, and change control.
- Review technical designs and configurations to identify risks, performance bottlenecks, and reliability improvements.
- Establish governance models, reference architectures, reusable components, and templates for enterprise Power Platform delivery.
- Collaborate with business, product, technology, security, and compliance stakeholders to align solutions with enterprise goals.
- Provide technical guidance for incident analysis, problem resolution, service restoration, and recurrence prevention.
- Optimize automations and applications using telemetry, user feedback, and performance metrics.
- Document architecture decisions, solution rationale, platform standards, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Mentor experienced professionals in automation design, configuration management, and testing.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Experience with canvas apps, model-driven apps, advanced flow scenarios, data modeling, connectors, and integration concepts.
- Strong knowledge of automation governance, deployment strategies, and environment management at scale.
- Ability to analyze business processes and convert them into optimized digital workflows that reduce manual effort and operational risk.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills for explaining architecture choices, benefits, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with hybrid work practices and remote collaboration across distributed teams.
- Ability to work independently within an architecture framework and collaborate cross-functionally without travel obligations.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
