Base Salary
$178k - $267k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize Adreno GPU drivers for OpenCL, OpenGL ES, Vulkan, and DirectX.
- Develop high-performance kernels, runtimes, and frameworks for machine learning and other GPGPU operations.
- Accelerate machine learning inference and training on the GPU.
- Collaborate with hardware designers to understand, improve, and document hardware/software interfaces.
- Write samples and documentation, develop unit tests, and work with external partners, developers, and OEMs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and 6+ years of related experience, or a master's degree and 5+ years, or a PhD and 4+ years.
- At least 2 years of work experience with a graphics-suitable programming language such as C++ or C.
- Strong C/C++ programming skills and familiarity with CUDA or OpenCL.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, 2+ years of GPU experience, experience in large matrixed organizations, interaction with senior leadership, and at least 1 year in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred skills include machine learning theory, PyTorch, GPGPU application development, device drivers, OpenGL ES, Vulkan, DX11, DX12, embedded systems, real-time operating systems, ARM architecture, and Git or other SCM tools.
