Responsibilities
- Design and build Machine Learning platform components for agentic systems.
- Introduce and operationalize RAG use cases from data sourcing to runtime retrieval.
- Develop evaluation frameworks for LLM- and agent-based features.
- Implement tooling and reusable patterns for efficient ML experience development.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure reliable ML feature production.
- Prototype ML solutions to validate feasibility before full builds.
- Ensure secure handling of data in ML workflows.
- Align ML system design with user experience and product goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
- Strong engineering skills in Python or TypeScript.
- Experience with retrieval systems, vector databases, and search technologies.
- Prior work integrating ML or LLM features into production applications.
- Understanding of ML evaluation techniques and experimentation design.
- Ability to lead complex projects and work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a distributed environment.
