Responsibilities

Translate HR AI product vision into technical architectures and solution designs.
Lead architecture workshops and solution reviews for priority HR AI use cases.
Design integrations with HR systems and data and establish secure, reliable, responsible AI guardrails.
Build complex or high-value agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Foundry, or similar platforms.
Support or oversee technical delivery for code-based solutions and vendor implementations.
Monitor usage, performance, adoption, quality, and improvement opportunities across HR AI solutions.
Create technical playbooks and guidance for HR teams using AI solutions.
Support HR builders using no-code and low-code tools and lead a community of practice.
Troubleshoot HR-owned AI solutions and improve their usability and business impact.
Collaborate across HR, Technology, Security, Legal, platform teams, vendors, and the HR AI Product Leader.

10+ years of professional experience, including relevant hands-on AI-building experience.
Significant experience building and deploying enterprise AI, automation, or agent-based solutions.
Hands-on experience ideally including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Foundry, or similar platforms.
Strong solution architecture and integration experience across enterprise systems, APIs, data, security, and workflow design.
Experience translating ambiguous business needs into practical production-ready technical solutions.
Experience in HR technology or similarly complex enterprise workflows involving sensitive data, policy, and user experience.
Experience making build-versus-buy decisions and working with external vendors and solution architects.
Experience establishing security, privacy, responsible AI, reliability, and observability guardrails.
Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor who personally drives delivery of high-priority solutions.
