Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready software with AI integrated into the engineering lifecycle.
- Validate solutions and maintain quality, compliance, and operational standards.
- Lead the identification and implementation of best practices in AI-native software development.
- Gather, document, validate, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and multiple cross-functional stakeholders to align requirements, project goals, and deliverables.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members, facilitate knowledge sharing, and support professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience is required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis is stated as an additional requirement.
- Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis is required.
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating requirements with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
