Responsibilities
- Define the production-readiness and handover framework for transitioning FDE engagements into Intelligent Operations.
- Build monitoring, alerting, incident response, and SLA-management capabilities for deployed AI solutions.
- Establish AI production-quality practices including drift detection, performance benchmarking, guardrail validation, and retraining triggers.
- Create operational governance standards for security, data boundaries, compliance, and self-healing capabilities.
- Design scalable tooling, automation, and partner integrations for operations across multiple customer engagements.
- Capture operational learnings with the Knowledge & IP team and feed them back into the delivery lifecycle.
- Mentor engineers, set operational standards, and collaborate with delivery squads, platform teams, customers, and external partners.
- Travel up to 20%.
Requirements
- Deep experience operating AI-native solutions in production customer environments.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems, agentic workflows, and distributed architectures.
- Experience in observability, incident management, production reliability, and cloud environments.
- Experience identifying behavioral drift in agentic applications and maintaining enterprise-grade uptime and SLAs.
- Experience with regulated or enterprise environments involving compliance, security posture, and operational governance.
- Ability to create standards, playbooks, and repeatable operational processes.
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries with engineers, architects, delivery teams, customers, and external partners.
- Experience or skills in AI output quality assurance, AI-assisted development, context engineering, agentic orchestration, agentic engineering, application security, cloud architecture, high-availability engineering, troubleshooting, evaluations and benchmarking engineering, and CI/CD.
