Base Salary
$120k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the functional design, optimization, configuration, and implementation of Blue Yonder Transportation Management software solutions.
- Gather customer requirements, formulate software solutions, and lead solution design, validation tasks, and project timelines.
- Act as the functional liaison among customer contacts, project managers, technical consultants, and third-party consultants.
- Guide system integration, user acceptance testing, deployment, and transition to steady-state support.
- Balance project scope, timelines, requirements, and customer satisfaction to support timely value realization.
- Assess out-of-scope business needs, integration complexity, architectural constraints, and product roadmaps.
- Identify incremental revenue opportunities and communicate customer-specific product functionality and enhancement needs.
- Assist the support services group with support cases when not assigned to implementation projects.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of specific experience with Blue Yonder Transportation Management Systems as a customer or implementation consultant is preferred.
- Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with transportation management platforms such as IBM Logistics & Supply Chain, Oracle OTM, SAP, Manhattan, E2Open, or o9 Solutions may be considered.
- Customer-facing experience leading requirements gathering, software solution formulation, and stakeholder persuasion.
- Strong business analysis skills, including knowledge of statistical algorithms, inventory optimization, and tactical supply chain planning.
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to user, management, and executive audiences.
- Basic Excel skills, including data cleansing and pivot tables.
- Ability to read and execute simple SQL queries is preferred.
- An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research is preferred; a bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree.
- Ability to qualify for an SF85P public trust security clearance may be required depending on the project.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test and provide fingerprints and a photocopy of a US passport or birth certificate may be required depending on the project.
