Responsibilities
- Lead solutioning for complex deals involving multiple service lines and technical disciplines, including RFI, RFP, and informal deal processes.
- Guide multifunctional teams of domain experts in designing and delivering solutions.
- Collaborate with clients, intermediaries, project managers, and internal technical authorities to define solution vision and direction.
- Translate business initiatives into scalable, maintainable, cost-effective business-technology solutions.
- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and applications and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Plan, design, and implement large-scale business-IT solutions and develop estimation models for solution sizing.
- Present complex technical concepts and compelling propositions to clients, including CXO-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- At least 15 years of experience in IT service delivery and solutions architecture.
- At least two years of experience in two or more of bespoke application development, application maintenance and support, SaaS implementation such as ServiceNow, data platform implementation, or SG Tech Stack implementation.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore public sector and additional domains such as banking.
- Familiarity with Microservices Architecture, Java, .NET Core, data analytics, ERP, TOGAF, industry frameworks, and major cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Singapore Government Commercial Cloud, SG Tech Stack, and at least one SaaS platform shortlisted by GovTech.
- Tier-I professional services experience and a proven record of large-scale business-IT solution delivery.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts, operate in ambiguous environments, make decisions, solve problems, and build senior stakeholder relationships.
