Responsibilities

Design SAP FICO Record-to-Report solutions across Finance, Controlling, Accounting, and Management Accounting functions.
Serve as Solution Architect for at least five end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations, including implementations involving SAC Public Cloud.
Lead or contribute to international implementations and global rollouts.
Analyze ECC and S/4HANA data structures, including table- and field-level mappings and impact assessments.
Provide functional and technical input to SAP BTP and enterprise data teams during end-to-end solution design.
Create synthetic test data and collaborate with ABAP development teams using knowledge of the SAP Data Dictionary.
Coordinate with SD, MM, Group Reporting, and SAC teams and build relationships with clients, leadership, and delivery teams.
Apply SAP Activate methodology throughout implementation lifecycles.

10+ years of SAP techno-functional experience in Record-to-Report, Finance, and Controlling.
6+ years of domain experience in the Utilities industry.
Experience delivering at least five end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations as a Solution Architect.
At least two implementations involving SAC Public Cloud.
Mandatory experience with international project implementations and global rollouts.
Deep expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud architecture, configuration, core innovations, data models, tables, and data elements.
Strong experience comparing ECC and S/4HANA data structures, including table- and field-level mappings and impact assessment.
Hands-on experience with synthetic test data, ABAP development collaboration, and the SAP Data Dictionary.
Strong cross-functional collaboration, client relationship-building, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
M.COM, CA, or ICWAI qualification.
SAP S/4HANA certification is an added advantage.
Utilities industry experience is preferred.
