Responsibilities
- Own the transition of Fireblocks implementations from deal close through production.
- Define enterprise customer setups, including API integrations, security architecture, and architecture documentation.
- Lead complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule capabilities.
- Create reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and delivery playbooks for APAC.
- Coordinate between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to resolve complex integration challenges.
- Support strategic pre-sales through technical discovery and solution design.
- Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction throughout delivery.
- Mentor engineers or architects and establish technical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments.
- Experience with blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies, or with banks, financial institutions, or enterprise financial systems.
- Software development experience and a hands-on technical mindset.
- Deep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experience.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, including mentoring engineers or architects and setting technical standards.
- Pre-sales experience in solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional APAC languages are preferred.
