Base Salary

$152k - $288k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and account teams to understand customer goals, scientific workflows, technical needs, and platform adoption strategies.
  • Architect and optimize AI/ML pipelines for training large biological foundation models using BioNeMo and GPU-accelerated software.
  • Build proof-of-concept demonstrations showing how NVIDIA software and hardware accelerate scientific discovery.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, subject matter experts, and field teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Document best practices and provide technical enablement through training, whitepapers, blogs, internal articles, and workshops.
  • Advise customers on integrating NVIDIA technologies into biopharma and diagnostics applications.

Requirements

  • MS or PhD in Computational Biology, Computational Chemistry, Computational Physics, Chemical Engineering, Biophysics, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of software development experience in deep learning, GPU acceleration, or scientific computing applications.
  • Hands-on machine learning experience in genomics, quantum chemistry, biomaterials science, or structural biology.
  • Experience profiling and optimizing large-model training workflows, including performance tuning, distributed training, data pipelines, and GPU utilization.
  • Proficiency with Linux and experience in HPC or accelerated computing environments, including Slurm or Kubernetes-based clusters.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting technical material to scientists, engineers, executives, and customers.
  • Preferred experience with BioNeMo, NeMo, Parabricks, RAPIDS-singlecell, ALCHEMI, cuEquivariance, cuEST, pharmaceutical or biotech companies, and customer-facing technical leadership.
