Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex, scalable software architecture for cross-border logistics solutions.
- Build reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective systems that support sellers, shippers, trade agents, and international package movement.
- Lead design and architecture for new and existing systems, including reliability and scaling considerations.
- Solve challenging logistics and technology problems across wide-ranging business functions.
- Mentor engineers and contribute as a technical lead or engineering team leader.
- Collaborate with engineering colleagues and remote teams around the world.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 5 years of programming experience with one or more software programming languages.
- At least 5 years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience as a mentor, technical lead, or engineering team leader.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: at least 5 years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
