Base Salary
$160k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert on Snowflake for AI/ML workloads.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their AI/ML use cases and architect solutions.
- Build and deploy AI/ML pipelines using Snowflake features based on customer requirements.
- Develop proof of concepts using SQL, Python, and Cortex AI features.
- Ensure knowledge transfer to enable customers to extend Snowflake capabilities.
- Maintain knowledge of competitive technologies in the AI/ML space.
- Provide guidance on resolving customer-specific technical challenges.
- Support team members in developing their expertise.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve products.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role.
- Outstanding presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
- Thorough understanding of generative AI and agent lifecycles.
- Strong knowledge of the complete ML life-cycle including feature engineering and model management.
- Experience with AI/MLOps and deployment methodologies.
- Familiarity with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with AI/ML platforms like AWS Sagemaker or Databricks.
- Hands-on scripting experience with SQL and Python, Java, or Scala.
- Knowledge of libraries such as Pandas, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- University degree in data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent experience.
