Base Salary
$205k - $335k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy end-to-end integrations between Perplexity and enterprise systems.
- Work with customer teams to embed AI into existing processes and manage deployments.
- Develop integrations using APIs and workflow orchestration for multi-step workflows.
- Build production systems that combine retrieval, reasoning, and execution across environments.
- Debug and resolve issues to ensure reliability and performance in production.
- Prototype new integration patterns and create reusable architectures.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify new use cases and improve the platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or similar roles with a focus on production systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript or Java.
- Deep experience with APIs and distributed systems, including debugging and optimization.
- Production experience with LLM-powered systems and automated workflows.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with strong system design skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional engagement.
