Base Salary
$175k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, reliable systems for core product workflows.
- Ship high-quality code while balancing speed and technical rigor.
- Identify and resolve system reliability risks and own uptime, observability, and performance.
- Use AI to create intuitive and novel clinician and patient experiences.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional working experience in high-quality environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build production systems end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- Fluency in TypeScript and/or Python; experience with LLM-powered applications is preferred.
- Ability to work across the software stack and learn new technologies.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Willingness to work in person in New York City five days per week.
