Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of large language model architectures.
- Design and tune neural network architectures and parameters for natural language processing tasks.
- Implement and optimize algorithms for language model training and inference.
- Evaluate language models using relevant performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into broader systems.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, provide advisory guidance, and make decisions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 6 years of Machine Learning experience is additionally stated.
- Proficiency in Machine Learning is required.
- Strong expertise in neural network architecture design and tuning for natural language processing.
- Experience processing large-scale data and unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to optimize language model training and inference algorithms.
- Familiarity with language model evaluation techniques and performance metrics.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide influencing and advisory guidance.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
