Responsibilities
- Design and structure large language models for natural-language understanding and generation.
- Lead development and implementation of strategies to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Evaluate and refine model parameters and analyze complex datasets to improve performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate language models into existing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to language-model deployment.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and monitor emerging language-modeling trends to inform project direction.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience working with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong expertise in neural-network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and management.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets to improve model performance.
- Familiarity with natural-language-processing frameworks and tools.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to language-model deployment.
- 15 years of full-time education.
