Base Salary
$123k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding, complex integrations, system architecture, and other post-sales implementation activities.
- Conduct technical deep dives to map the DX platform to customers’ engineering goals, workflows, and organizational structures.
- Design and build tailored integrations and workflows connecting DX APIs with complex customer environments.
- Configure the platform around customer engineering processes, branching strategies, and deployment pipelines.
- Advise enterprise customers on developer experience analytics, deployment methodologies, and cultural transformation.
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap and feature improvements.
Requirements
- Programming exposure in Ruby/Rails or Python and a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and the GitHub CLI.
- Familiarity with SQL, preferably Postgres, and the ability to use data for analytical solutioning.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and branching strategies.
- Extensive experience leading high-stakes technical workshops and executive-level discussions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, consultative, organizational, and technical delivery skills.
