Base Salary
$123k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding, complex integrations, system architecture, and post-sales implementation activities for Enterprise customers.
- Design and build custom integrations and workflows connecting DX APIs with client environments.
- Lead technical deep dives and workshops covering engineering processes, branching strategies, deployment pipelines, and organizational goals.
- Advise customers on developer experience analytics, deployment methodologies, best practices, and cultural transformation.
- Coordinate technical delivery and resources across multiple Enterprise implementations.
- Capture customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to inform roadmap and feature enhancements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Programming exposure in Ruby/Rails or Python, with a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services.
- Experience with Git and the GitHub CLI.
- Familiarity with SQL, preferably Postgres, and using data for analytical solutioning.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and branching strategies.
- Extensive experience leading high-stakes technical workshops and executive-level discussions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and consultative skills.
