Responsibilities
- Lead development of AI applications, transitioning prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows and multi-agent systems.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and customer infrastructure, including APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic-system accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify recurring technical friction points and convert them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Co-build with customer engineering teams and promote development practices that support long-term adoption and project success.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and provide hands-on deployment support within customer environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of software development experience using Python or similar coding languages.
- Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch and architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and retrieval-augmented-generation architectures.
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
- Active or obtainable UK Security Check (SC) security clearance.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience implementing multi-agent systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, Google Agent Development Kit, and patterns such as ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation.
- Preferred: post-sales or technical consulting delivery experience.
- Preferred: knowledge of LLM-native metrics, state-management optimization, and granular tracing.
