Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements-assessment workshops with senior customer stakeholders.
- Architect UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) solutions and integrations with third-party products.
- Design and implement customizations and integrations for client needs.
- Collect, analyze, validate, and document business requirements and technical specifications.
- Oversee system build and configuration according to approved designs and requirements.
- Provide guidance during functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Apply workforce management, process optimization, and system configuration best practices.
- Communicate complex technical concepts using use cases, diagrams, and process flow charts.
- Manage client relationships and support customer satisfaction throughout implementations.
- Mentor team members on advanced modules and solutioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise software applications and hardware used in web environments.
- At least 5 years of workforce management experience.
- Experience implementing solutions for medium to large enterprise customers.
- Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, implementing, and configuring UKG products.
- Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) modules including Time Keeping, Accruals, Leave, Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting, Attendance, and Activities is desirable.
- Experience supporting functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Relevant consulting experience in a similar application environment is desirable.
- Strong workforce management business, process, and technology knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality, on-time technology and business solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
