Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the technology reference architecture.
- Lead systems and solution architects in developing three-PI and five-year technology roadmaps.
- Maintain technology roadmaps in alignment with end-of-support dates.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Ensure new solutions undergo Architecture Review Board review and comply with policies, standards, and non-functional requirements.
- Identify, assess, and communicate technical risks to business and operations stakeholders.
- Evaluate and trial products and emerging technologies for future use.
- Support corporate information-security policies, confidentiality, incident reporting, and mandatory security training.
Requirements
- Significant experience working in a demanding, high-availability environment.
- Proven experience delivering complex technical designs and architectures.
- Ability to present complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Flexibility to take on new products, services, strategies, and ways of working.
- Clear understanding of delivering performance, availability, and other non-functional requirements through technology solutions.
- Ability to communicate architectural vision and roadmaps clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- SAFe training for architects is desirable.
