Responsibilities
- Plan and track deliverables, including BRD reviews and CRD delivery.
- Analyze BRDs, manage requirements workshops, and participate in requirements walkthroughs.
- Communicate customer requirements to Product Managers and Product Owners.
- Conduct gap analysis, finalize gap scope and classifications, and coordinate roadmap or change-request scope with Product Management.
- Understand business and system setup needs and conduct solution and design analysis and CRD reviews.
- Monitor and troubleshoot CRD creation activities, including coverage and timelines, and obtain customer sign-off.
- Support defect prioritization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience.
- Strong experience in GPP.
- Experience with requirements analysis, workshops, gap analysis, solution and design analysis, and customer sign-off processes.
