Base Salary
$160k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead software design and development for robotic automation systems in manufacturing.
- Collaborate with hardware, electrical, and mechanical teams for software and hardware integration.
- Integrate software with hardware systems, including PLCs, sensors, and industrial robots.
- Develop algorithms for calibration, path optimization, object detection, and collision avoidance.
- Test, validate, and improve deployed robotic systems in manufacturing operations.
- Participate in engineering reviews to shape quality and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in developing software for industrial or manufacturing robotics systems.
- Strong proficiency in C++ or Python.
- Experience with motion control, trajectory generation, and robot kinematics/dynamics.
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams and full product lifecycle ownership.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
