Base Salary
$160k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead software design and development for robotic automation systems used in manufacturing and industrial environments.
- Collaborate with hardware, electrical, and mechanical teams to integrate software with physical components.
- Integrate software with PLCs, sensors, actuators, and industrial robots.
- Develop and deploy algorithms for calibration, path optimization, object detection, and collision avoidance.
- Work with manufacturing operations to test, validate, and continuously improve deployed robotic systems.
- Participate in reviews and help shape engineering quality and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience developing software for industrial or manufacturing robotics systems.
- Strong proficiency in C++ or Python.
- Experience with motion control, trajectory generation, and robot kinematics and dynamics.
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams and owning the full product lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Must satisfy applicable ITAR citizenship, residency, protected-individual, or authorization requirements.
