Base Salary
$128k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, secure full-stack solutions.
- Define application architecture across frontend, backend, integration, and data layers.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectural designs with product owners and stakeholders.
- Design, code, and review critical components and shared frameworks while establishing coding standards and architectural patterns.
- Serve as a technical escalation point and mentor engineers through complex architectural and technical decisions.
- Lead DevOps and CI/CD strategy, infrastructure automation, and reliable release automation.
- Oversee automated testing and quality engineering practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and enterprise IT partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and delivering solutions within the Azure ecosystem, including Azure DevOps.
- Deep expertise in .NET-based full-stack architecture and technology evaluation and selection.
- Experience with C#, ASP.NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of secure-by-design development principles and application security best practices.
- Experience working in or leading product-centric, cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, critical-thinking, software development, integration, architecture, and testing capabilities.
- Ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
