Responsibilities
- Support the sales force with technical and tool-related expertise.
- Consult clients and prospects about Tricentis products and related technical questions.
- Develop, plan, and deliver technical demonstrations for clients and interested parties.
- Take technical leadership and responsibility throughout the software sales cycle.
- Evangelize Tricentis best practices and implementation approaches.
- Assist with technical implementation for proofs of concept and pilots.
- Represent Tricentis and its software solutions with passion and enthusiasm.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in presales, software testing, or consulting.
- Knowledge of software test automation, operating systems, databases, and web technologies.
- Familiarity with a test management or test automation tool.
- Knowledge of AI and agentic architectures.
- Programming skills in JavaScript, Python, and .NET.
- Ability to work with different buying influences in complex sales cycles.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Native-level proficiency in Bahasa, Thai, or Vietnamese.
- Willingness to develop the skills and knowledge required to serve as a competent client contact.
