Responsibilities
- Design, build, customize, maintain, and support LLM-powered solutions, custom GPTs, and domain-specific assistants.
- Develop prompts, system instructions, context strategies, prompt chains, tool-calling features, and basic agentic workflows.
- Build and support Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines using vector databases.
- Evaluate and improve LLM outputs according to quality, safety, responsible AI, and governance standards.
- Develop full-stack AI-enabled applications, backend services, APIs, reusable components, and UI integrations.
- Debug and resolve application and AI-related issues affecting functionality or user experience.
- Deploy AI solutions on Azure and/or AWS and support production reliability, security, monitoring, and cost awareness.
- Support MLOps workflows including model versioning, deployment, and monitoring.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of overall software engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack development background and solid programming fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and creating or customizing GPT-based solutions.
- Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases.
- Experience with Azure and AWS.
- Basic understanding of MLOps, DevOps, and production support practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; the posting also specifies a minimum of 15 years of formal education and graduate/postgraduate study in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Frontend experience with modern frameworks is a plus.
