Base Salary

$262k - $364k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical strategy, engineering architecture, and designs for multi-change orchestration within the P2020 Rollouts team.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous deployment of complex, ordered changes across servers, infrastructure systems, service dependencies, data migrations, and feature launches.
  • Design and implement an easy, scalable, reliable Rollouts user experience and align it with underlying continuous deployment APIs.
  • Drive API-first alignment of the Rollouts stack with Terraform as part of Compute Engine 4 Arm.
  • Lead complex projects, mentor engineers, and influence the technical direction of Rollouts.
  • Coach and support Rollouts Tech Lead delegates and guide their project work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Eight years of software development experience in one or more programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, or Go.
  • Eight years of experience with public cloud, SaaS, IaaS, or enterprise applications.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery in compute infrastructure such as Kubernetes.
  • Experience delivering software reliability and support outcomes at large scale.
  • Experience delivering developer productivity platforms or tooling.
  • Experience with full-stack development.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, UX researchers, UX writers, product managers, and engineers.
