Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain technology design standards, procedures, compliance frameworks, and governance processes across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Design, implement, optimize, and provide technical leadership for complex ServiceNow custom applications, governance workflows, approval processes, and automated reporting.
- Design and build ServiceNow user interfaces using UI Builder, Service Portal, and mobile application capabilities.
- Create ServiceNow Platform Analytics dashboards and reporting for governance metrics and leading and lagging indicators.
- Integrate governance processes with adjacent ServiceNow functions including CMDB, TPRM, and IRM.
- Lead human-centered design workshops with process stakeholders and end users.
- Collaborate with Control Functions, Enterprise Architecture, Risk Management, and business units to align governance initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead governance forums, design review committees, and process optimization initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members and maintain governance documentation and reporting dashboards.
Requirements
- 12+ years of overall experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow custom application development, custom UI development, Service Portal or Employee Center, Platform Analytics, Flow Designer, and Automation Engine.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification is a plus.
- Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating across functions.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and infrastructure governance.
- Proven experience in process design and forum management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
