Responsibilities
- Identify, define, and analyze technical and functional requirements.
- Clearly express requirements from both technical and business user perspectives.
- Communicate effectively with development teams and product owners to analyze technical requirements.
- Analyze requirements to determine impacts on upstream and downstream systems and processes.
- Ensure traceability of requirements and track their status throughout the project.
- Develop user guides and provide training to users as needed.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand feasibility and functionality of requirements.
- Propose best practice solutions based on Adobe Experience Manager capabilities.
- Translate end-user features into requirements for content management and data integration.
- Support product backlog prioritization by understanding dependencies.
- Recommend process improvements and propose suitable solutions.
- Contribute to test scenarios and validation activities to ensure quality.
- Facilitate smooth project transitions to support teams with necessary documentation.
- Maintain constant communication between clients, project managers, and technical teams.
- Create, update, and ensure accessibility of project documentation for stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze requirements to ensure client needs are effectively documented.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience working with technical teams and analyzing business and technical requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead business and technical requirements gathering activities.
- Ability to guide and communicate user flow designs effectively.
- Mandatory experience with large-scale Adobe Experience Manager implementations.
- Good knowledge of using an Enterprise DAM platform based on AEM Assets.
- Experience in managing metadata and taxonomies, including content migration in AEM.
- Experience with Adobe Dynamic Media and its advanced features.
- Mastery of content operations processes, including governance and migration.
- Practical experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus.
- Knowledge of modern content creation approaches in AEM is a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions is a plus.
- Adobe Certified AEM Assets Digital Librarian Professional certification is a plus.
- Adobe Certified AEM Business Practitioner Expert certification is a plus.
