Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end banking solutions using the Avaloq platform.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Lead solution implementation projects from design through deployment while managing delivery quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals to execute solution roadmaps.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and junior architects.
- Conduct solution reviews and assessments to identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage communications and present technical concepts and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customize and configure Avaloq modules for client and organizational requirements.
- Document solution architectures, design decisions, and implementation approaches.
- Support pre-sales activities with technical expertise and solution recommendations.
- Stay current with Avaloq updates, features, and banking industry trends.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience implementing and configuring the Avaloq platform.
- Proven expertise in banking and financial services solution architecture.
- Experience managing complex solution implementations from design through deployment.
- Proficiency in system integration, APIs, and data management in banking environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Avaloq certification or formal training credentials is advantageous.
- Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior architects is advantageous.
- Background in change management and organizational transformation initiatives is advantageous.
- Experience with multiple banking system implementations and migrations is advantageous.
- Fluency in German is advantageous.
