Base Salary
$100k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical pre-sales support for AWS co-sell opportunities across North America.
- Deliver client-facing technical demos, presentations, solution designs, and reference architectures.
- Lead AWS proof-of-concept engagements from scoping and building through presentation.
- Support RFP/RFI responses with technical content, architecture diagrams, and demo assets.
- Build and maintain AWS demo environments, reusable components, documentation, implementation guides, and best practices.
- Develop reference architectures for AWS use cases and contribute them to AWS Partner Central and internal repositories.
- Train and mentor VML delivery teams on AWS technologies and implementation patterns.
- Coordinate with AWS Solution Architects, Specialist SAs, CSAs, ProServe, and alliance teams on joint technical engagements.
- Maintain AWS certifications, track new AWS offerings, and support hackathons and enablement events.
- Deliver against metrics including POCs, POC-to-production conversion, reference architectures, technical win rate, demo effectiveness, and enablement sessions.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
- Hands-on AWS expertise with demonstrated project delivery experience.
- Strong track record delivering demos and proof-of-concepts.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns and strong technical presentation skills.
- Client-facing credibility and experience in a global systems integrator, agency, or professional services environment.
- Preferred AWS certifications include Solutions Architect Professional and specialty certifications in areas such as machine learning or data analytics.
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock, generative AI implementations, Amazon Marketing Cloud, advertising technology, AWS partner or direct AWS environments, compliance requirements such as HIPAA and PCI, and AWS co-sell motions is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
