Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for browser interactions.
- Apply retrieval-augmented generation, summarization, classification, and intent modeling techniques.
- Use modern ML tooling to support end-to-end model development.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and launch user-focused features.
- Design and implement experiments to test model behavior in production.
- Document and share work, participating in code reviews and design discussions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in applied machine learning, focusing on natural language processing or generative AI.
- Hands-on experience fine-tuning and evaluating LLMs using modern tools.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and evaluation strategies for generative applications.
- Experience leading the end-to-end lifecycle of model development.
- Track record of building user-facing AI features with a focus on privacy and usability.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with multi-functional partners.
