Responsibilities
- Collaborate with researchers, AI engineers, and product engineers on complex customer projects.
- Integrate AI models into customers’ software products.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications with front-end and back-end integration.
- Develop customer use cases and guide production integration across back-end and front-end interfaces.
- Work with product and science teams to improve products and model capabilities based on customer feedback.
- Support customers from the pre-sale stage through post-implementation.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Korean.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience as a technical individual contributor working with cutting-edge technologies.
- Strong coding skills in Python and TypeScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, NextJS, or VueJS.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as NodeJS.
- Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred experience with LLM or generative AI models.
- Preferred contributions to open-source projects or libraries.
- Preferred experience as a Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Product Manager.
