Responsibilities
- Onboard customers to Mistral products and APIs and advise on prompting, evaluation, fine-tuning, and production integration.
- Deploy LLM and GenAI use cases into production across consumer and industrial applications.
- Work with customers, researchers, product engineers, and science teams on complex LLM applications, fine-tuning, inference, and customer-driven product improvements.
- Participate in pre-sales calls, understand customer needs, and provide technical guidance to diverse stakeholders.
- Contribute to open-source codebases related to inference and fine-tuning.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Korean.
- PhD or master’s degree in AI or data science.
- At least 2 years of experience as a technical individual contributor, such as a data scientist or software engineer, on AI-based products.
- Experience fine-tuning LLMs and working on advanced RAG or agentic use cases.
- Deep understanding of machine learning and LLM concepts and algorithms.
- Experience building and deploying LLM or NLP applications and implementing AI or machine-learning products with APIs and backend and frontend interfaces.
- Strong Python coding skills and experience with deep learning using PyTorch.
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain and vector databases.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred: contributions to open-source projects, particularly in LLMs, or experience as a Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Product Manager.
