Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end practices.
- Build responsive, accessible, reusable, and high-performance UI components and front-end architectures.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, third-party systems, and enterprise platforms.
- Use Next.js server-side rendering, static site generation, routing, API integration, and performance optimization techniques.
- Implement state management and data-fetching solutions using technologies such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API, React Query/TanStack Query, or SWR.
- Collaborate with backend engineers on API contracts, integration patterns, error handling, and data flows.
- Write maintainable and well-tested code, conduct code reviews, and provide technical feedback.
- Troubleshoot issues across development, testing, staging, and production environments and support incident resolution.
- Support CI/CD, cloud deployments, monitoring, release management, and production operations with DevOps and engineering teams.
- Participate in technical design and architecture discussions and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience, including significant enterprise-level web application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, reusable React components, and scalable front-end architectures.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, browser technologies, Next.js rendering strategies, API integration, and performance optimization.
- Experience with state management, data-fetching libraries, RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL, asynchronous programming, authentication, authorization, and error handling.
- Experience with UI frameworks or component libraries such as Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Chakra UI, Styled Components, Emotion, Shadcn/UI, or Radix UI.
- Experience with Vite, Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn, or pnpm; Git; front-end testing; CI/CD; cloud platforms; Docker; monitoring; and production support.
- Experience with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
- Understanding of web application security, OAuth2, JWT, secure coding practices, and common web vulnerabilities.
- Experience with incident management processes and tools such as ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Preferred qualifications include healthcare domain experience, modern front-end framework experience, design systems, micro-frontends, GraphQL, API Gateways, gRPC, NoSQL databases, distributed systems, accessibility, messaging architectures, and technical leadership or mentoring experience.
