Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, and maintain scalable enterprise software features according to business and technical requirements.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using ASP.NET WebAPI and JSON-based data interchange.
- Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including scripts, stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, indexes, and query performance.
- Create responsive interfaces using AngularJS, Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Write clean, documented code using object-oriented, SOLID, MVC/MVVM, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Develop comprehensive automated unit tests and address concurrency, blocking, and deadlocking issues.
- Contribute to technical designs, architecture decisions, technical documentation, and long-term product strategy.
- Participate in requirements analysis, deployment, production support, and the full software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product owners, subject matter experts, QA engineers, and distributed engineering teams.
- Identify opportunities for technology innovation, process improvement, and technical debt reduction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–8 years of professional software development experience building enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong C# programming expertise with .NET Framework and .NET 5+.
- Experience with AngularJS, Angular, and/or React, with multiple frameworks highly valued.
- SQL Server development experience, including stored procedures, functions, views, indexes, and query optimization.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs with ASP.NET WebAPI or similar frameworks.
- Experience with message-based architectures using Azure Service Bus, AWS SQS, or Kafka.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit and test-driven development practices.
- Understanding of MVC/MVVM patterns, enterprise application architecture, object-oriented programming, and SOLID principles.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, XML, JSON, modern web standards, and version control systems such as Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
- Preferred experience with AWS, including EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, and CloudWatch; Microsoft Fabric; Azure data platform technologies; Power BI; Elasticsearch; Playwright; Redis; Microsoft Rules Engine; Docker; Kubernetes; and Entity Framework.
- Healthcare technology, HIPAA compliance, regulated-industry, performance profiling, and optimization experience are preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, adaptability, and independent-work skills are expected.
