Responsibilities
- Own enterprise implementations end-to-end, from sales engagement to post-deployment validation.
- Work directly in the product codebase, submitting PRs and shipping customer-specific solutions.
- Ship early and often, gathering feedback to validate approaches.
- Build reusable patterns and playbooks to streamline future engagements.
- Translate customer pain into actionable product feedback for the roadmap.
- Establish an AI-native engineering workflow for code delivery.
- Proactively identify and dictate customer engagements.
- Build cross-functional trust with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Engineering.
- Instrument and measure impact through various metrics.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to architect reusable solutions and mentor engineers.
- Comfortable operating autonomously across multiple customer engagements.
- Hands-on experience shipping software in customer-facing contexts.
- Ability to navigate and contribute to complex codebases.
- Fluency with data, integrations, and analytics building blocks.
- Proficient in using prototypes and visual artifacts for communication.
- High ownership and bias toward action in problem-solving.
- Clear communication skills with diverse audiences.
- Relentless focus on driving customer value and outcomes.
- Curiosity and fast-learning ability in new domains.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Python, Node.js, and AWS.
