Responsibilities
- Design and implement highly available, scalable, and mission-critical applications.
- Build and deliver applications and new functionality for HireRight’s customer-facing platform.
- Develop core backend platform and systems for next-generation services.
- Collaborate with engineers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, quality engineers, and QA.
- Analyze functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
- Support applications and participate in unit and integration test automation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Java object-oriented programming experience.
- Proven experience working in multi-tier, distributed architecture environments.
- Strong object-oriented programming and design skills.
- Experience with JSON and XML.
- Experience using standard software development tools.
- Experience working with SQL databases.
- Understanding of designing, developing, and supporting large-scale systems.
- Exposure to event-based and asynchronous processing.
- Hands-on experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate.
- Strong problem-solving, self-organization, and communication skills.
