Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and execute scalable content-validation test automation frameworks and tools.
- Own quality validation workstreams for Apple Store Online, the Apple Store App, and partner platforms.
- Develop scalable simulation systems and drive adoption through cross-functional partnerships.
- Test AI models for accuracy, robustness, fairness, and performance, and develop LLM-based automated evaluation frameworks.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience as a quality engineer, QA Engineer, or SDET.
- Strong coding experience and expertise with modern scripting languages such as Python and Node.js.
- Experience writing, maintaining, and executing test automation.
- Familiarity with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins.
- Proficiency with software version control systems including Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
- Experience with API testing and familiarity with server architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Preferred: deep knowledge of agentic AI and LLM-driven test frameworks.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of machine learning experience, including hands-on work with LLMs.
