Responsibilities
- Design and implement features using C#, .NET MVC, REST APIs, and message-broker-based microservices.
- Develop and maintain applications and microservices that model, analyze, optimize, and control industrial and oilfield equipment.
- Integrate messaging technologies and IoT protocols including RabbitMQ, MQTT, and related frameworks.
- Collaborate with technical leads, developers, engineers, and cross-functional teams on product development.
- Contribute to database design, DevOps practices, containerized applications, and system optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- At least four years of professional experience, including at least three years developing .NET applications.
- Strong hands-on programming experience with C# and experience with .NET, layered architectures, and MVC, MVP, or MVVM patterns.
- Experience with relational database development using SQL Server, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Experience with Docker containers, IoT protocols such as MQTT and AMQP, and message queues such as RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ.
- Hands-on DevOps experience and familiarity with team-based software development processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to learn new domains and technologies.
- Preferred experience with MongoDB, InfluxDB, React, and the oil and gas domain.
