Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of medium-sized software projects, including design, development, testing, production, deployment, fixes, and improvements.
- Write, co-write, review, and maintain clear, tested, production-ready code and documentation.
- Architect robust, scalable, and efficient solutions aligned with current and future business needs.
- Identify and resolve technical issues while balancing speed, quality, and technical debt.
- Apply a security-focused approach to development and code reviews, including identifying vulnerabilities.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and collaborate with product owners and cross-functional squad members.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core.
- Experience with .NET, React, TypeScript, or similar frontend technologies.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, asynchronous integration patterns, SNS/SQS, or Kafka.
- Experience with SQL data stores such as PostgreSQL and MySQL/Aurora, and NoSQL systems such as DynamoDB and Redis.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Understanding of shift-left testing and familiarity with functional and object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with cloud design patterns, TDD, BDD, domain-driven design, and modern application security practices including OWASP.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
