Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support, training, coaching, and mentoring on Keystone’s AI capabilities.
- Develop AI Champions so they can scale enablement within their engineering teams.
- Own internal systems such as the OEM TTV Dashboard as test grounds for experimental AI solutions.
- Provide feedback to Keystone through early testing, technical findings, and pull requests where appropriate.
- Identify effective practices, surface technical friction, and help spread successful approaches across teams.
- Triage non-technical or non-AI blockers to the Enablement Workstream for routing.
- Participate in AI communities of practice and contribute technical content, demonstrations, or talks.
- Track developments in AI tooling and practices and translate relevant insights into enablement opportunities.
Requirements
- Fluency in AI-assisted and agentic software development.
- Strong hands-on engineering experience and credibility pairing with and mentoring engineers on technical problems.
- Ability to learn and apply new AI capabilities ahead of formal documentation or established playbooks.
- Demonstrated ability to positively influence others through pairing, mentoring, coaching, or developer advocacy.
- Ability to choose appropriate direct or AI-Champion-mediated engagement based on team context.
- Experience working effectively across a distributed, multi-location engineering organization.
- Based in or willing to work from Oulu, Finland, or Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- Interest in agile ways of working and their relationship to AI-driven change is preferred.
- Experience in platform, developer-experience, or enablement-focused engineering is preferred.
