Responsibilities
- Own and grow entire lines of business end to end.
- Build and scale Complete’s compensation management product for expanding user and enterprise demand.
- Develop solutions for authorization, customizability, observability, and security.
- Contribute to product-minded engineering focused on customer outcomes and rapid execution.
Requirements
- Senior- or staff-level engineering experience with the ability to own and grow entire lines of business end to end.
- Ability to work with autonomy, urgency, and high agency on a small product-focused engineering team.
- Interest in solving enterprise-scale problems involving authorization, customizability, observability, security, internationalization, and scale.
- Ability to work in person at Complete’s San Francisco office 4–5 days per week.
