Responsibilities
- Shape how the Judgment Agent runs large-scale investigations across production traces.
- Build the platform for verifying agent changes with hosted simulated environments.
- Design interfaces for engineers to understand agent actions and debugging processes.
- Create user experiences for monitoring parallel investigations and consuming findings.
- Develop workflows that streamline the improvement loop from problem identification to fix verification.
- Manage the underlying platform for workspaces, roles, permissions, and usage limits.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems from data layer to UI.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments.
- A builder and tinkerer’s mindset with high agency to overcome obstacles.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs or agents, or a strong drive to learn quickly.
- Comfort in working directly with customers to address their needs.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
