Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design, implement, and fine-tune LLM-based solutions using Claude and other frontier models.
  • Build prompt engineering pipelines using system prompts, chain-of-thought frameworks, and few-shot examples.
  • Develop responsive React.js interfaces, AI-powered dashboards, chat interfaces, and data visualization components.
  • Customize and optimize model implementations using Constitutional AI techniques and advanced API integrations.
  • Evaluate model performance, conduct A/B tests, and implement feedback loops.
  • Architect scalable backend services using Python frameworks and/or Node.js.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for AI model integrations.
  • Implement OAuth 2.0, JWT, and role-based access control for secure authentication and authorization.
  • Manage and optimize PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, MySQL, and AWS Glue data environments.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Coach the development team on Agile methodologies and software engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of professional experience, including at least two years of full-stack development.
  • Strong front-end and back-end experience with Python, Flask, React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with databases and data services such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS Glue.
  • At least one year of hands-on experience with frontier LLMs including Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, or LLaMA.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, LoRA, RLHF, instruction tuning, and RAG pipelines.
  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB.
  • Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and benchmarking.
  • Ability to collect and review data sources and apply potential recommendations.
  • Experience working in an Agile or product-based environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to coach junior team members and foster continuous learning.
