Responsibilities
- Develop frontend and backend components for custom enterprise applications.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based tools for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Integrate frontend and backend systems and deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Apply software engineering best practices while accelerating delivery with AI-assisted development.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on integration and adoption.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development lifecycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with at least one backend technology such as Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
