Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy core C++ APIs for various functionalities.
- Understand the lifecycle of Waymo's code to optimize it across operating environments.
- Collaborate with onboard teams to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Guide teams on setting up their software for efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Physics, Math, or related field.
- 3 years of experience as a software engineer or in similar roles.
- 3 years of experience in C++.
- 2 years of experience in software infrastructure or systems.
