Base Salary
$168k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance scalable full-stack software for customer and business challenges across the CX Platform.
- Own significant features end to end, including design, implementation, testing, and delivery.
- Design reliable, high-performing systems and integrate AI/ML-driven capabilities into product features.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, testing strategy, CI/CD practices, secure coding, and reliable production delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent technical degree such as Mathematics or Physics.
- Seven years of related professional engineering experience with a bachelor’s degree, four years with a master’s degree, or one year with a PhD.
- Experience programming with Go, Java, or C/C++.
- Experience building end-to-end full-stack software in a production environment.
- Experience integrating AI/ML-driven capabilities into product features.
- Experience independently owning features or components through design, implementation, testing, and delivery.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, secure coding practices, and agile development.
- Experience working directly with product managers and designers.
- Preferred experience includes platform or service architecture, modern AI/ML frameworks and tooling, observability, performance tuning, reliability practices, and mentoring junior or mid-level engineers.
