Responsibilities
- Lead backend engineering efforts for the Partner Data Consolidation initiative.
- Design and implement robust data pipelines, APIs, and data-unification strategies.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and integrity of partner profile data.
- Develop, maintain, deploy, and support quality software through production.
- Contribute to engineering processes, standards, designs, and continuous improvement.
- Develop product features, participate in workshops, and communicate technical work to product teams.
- Own workstreams, track progress, and communicate status to the Technology Manager.
- Collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
Requirements
- Strong Java coding fundamentals and experience delivering high-quality software projects.
- Experience with data pipelines, API development, and event-driven architecture.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex problems.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Critical thinking, effective communication, and confident intermediate English or higher.
- Ability to investigate and resolve complex issues, influence project stakeholders, and manage personal work effectively.
